• Player's Name
• Player's Date of Birth (DD/Month/Year)
• Parent's Name
• Parent's Email Address
• Parent's Mobile Number
• Player's Last Season Played

Please note SBOCBC operate via a 'Wait List' and once the List Manger has confirmed team availability/allocation you will be invited to register for the upcoming season through a personal email via the Registration Officer.
